The Climate Change Research Group (CCRG) is a cross-disciplinary research group under the aegis of the Royal Geographical Society with Institute of British Geographers (RGS-IBG).
We are a group of active researchers in geography and related disciplines who share a professional interest in the study of Climate Change.
The CCRG organizes discussion events on burning issues of climate change, sponsors sessions and panels at the Annual Conference of the Royal Geographical Society, presents undergraduate dissertation awards and organizes competitions for creative climate communication, among other events.

Dr Aline Carrara is a Brazilian environmental social scientist and practitioner who has worked on issues connected to Indigenous territorial sovereignty, deforestation, infrastructure and commodity supply chains, in tropical forest regions (Amazonia, Indonesia) and the Pacific for the past two decades.
Dr Stephen Cornelius is the Deputy Global Leader and Innovation Lead of Climate and Energy at WWF. Cornelius joined WWF as WWF-UK’s Chief Adviser on Climate Change in 2015 and has worked at the interface of science and policy.
